Buy A New Or Old PC
To buy a new computer or old pc will very much depends on your budget or what exactly are you using right now. If the PC you are using is more than 2 years old, then I advise you to buy a whole new set instead. Sometimes, spending money on a new peripheral for your old PC may not improve the performance of the PC, it can even be more expensive and problematic when your newer parts generate more problem after installation. As a result, if there is a need to spend more, the better choice is to buy a newer computer system. However, some computer users might not have this flexibility buying hardware or software that I might deem easily available in my country. I understand that some countries may still be marketing PC system that we considered out-dated so the requirement factors will varies from country to country. There is also the pricing issue, what I think is relatively cheap in my country might be very expensive in some other countries. As a result, these users will usually upgrade their PC rather than buying a new PC. Previously, computer users is able to used certain peripherals such as Hard Disk Drive, Floppy Disk Drive, Memory Chips or Graphic Card from their Pentium III PC to be used in the early generation Pentium 4 PC but now with the availability of Dual Core System, most of these peripherals do not complement each other anymore. It is a total change of peripherals, similar to the situation of Pentium II migrating to Pentium III or Pentium 4. You can always seek advise from your local support technician to give you advice on your PC upgrade requirement or you can always participate in Internet forums of such topic where advices can be obtain easily.
